OUR PEOPLE - OUR FUTURE

The workforce of MBS has been carefully selected and induced to training programs to further hone their skills and knowledge. The company pays attention to the Indonesian Labour Laws and Regulations, and principle of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in managing its human resources.

Key personnel have been recruited from well-known universities with relevant major studies to carry out business operation. Some attended OJT in wood manufacturing in Japan to gain international competency standard in operating MBS plant. 

COMMUNITY RELATIONS

PT MBS Management is fully aware the importance of good relationship with the community surrounding the company premises. Some community programs are providing financial assistance to students of elementary, secondary, and high school who are eligible in meeting the assistance. 

The same financial assistance is also extended to the children, brothers and sisters of workers too. It is expected that future workers recruited from the vicinity of our plant are better educated.
CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
The company understand the role of family support to motivate employees and the influence of religious life in working environment. People bonding programs have been a tradition on meaningful occasions such as on commemoration of the country’s Independence Day, fasting month, Idul Fitri (Moslem Events). 

During such Independence Day event, the employees and their family gather in a celebration day where door prices for various contests such as participation of healthy family walk held prior the event are presented to the winners by the management.
