Plywood Plywood is made from very thin sheets of peeled wood grain known as veneers. It is layered together with each layer’s grain perpendicular to the surrounding two layers. Each layer is spread with glue, which is formulated differently depending usage. Our Plywood is widely used for interior application. Standard thickness: 4 mm, 5.5 mm, 9 mm, 12 mm, 15 mm, 18 mm, 21 mm, 24 mm. Width: 1220 mm Length: 2440 mm Layer: 3 ~ 11 plies

Blockboard Consist of small rectangular strips glued and bonded to form barecore as the core. Sandwich with short grain across to create 3 ply Blockboard platform before adding the face-back veneer. Our Blockboard is mainly for interior usage. Standard thickness: 15 ~ 18 mm Width: 4ft Length: 8ft Layer: 5 layers

Blockboard Platform Using the same construction core of Blockboard. The core is then sandwich with short grain across the top and bottom. Without the finishing layer of a face/back veneer. Standard thickness: 12 ~ 23 mm Width: 3ft or 4ft Length: 6ft or 8ft Layer: 3 layers

Plywood Packing Grade Commonly used for packaging in places like furniture and construction. Making into boxes, pallets and other packaging product. Standard thickness: 2.7 mm ~ 45 mm Width: 1220 mm Length: 2440 mm Layer: 3 ~ 15 plies

Barecore This product is generally used for Blockboard, furniture panel, door, door component Standard thickness: 9 ~ 23 mm Width: 3ft and 4ft Length: 6ft, 7ft, and 8ft Layer: N/A

LVX and BCX Instead of laminating over face/back veneer, by using MDF as a finish layer onto Plywood(LVX)/ Blockboard(BCX) provides a more uniform surface compared to the traditional plywood and blockboard.
